While we want people understand complex new products and green energy technologies such as Mirai, Travo BEV, JPN Taxi, Innova, Hydrogen, BEV, and Flex-Fuel in order to translate detailed technical information into clear and simple event communication. we also ensure project is managed properly despite faced a highly compressed timeline, frequent last-minute changes in government protocol, and limited production lead time, which required fast coordination, decision-making, and execution across design, content, technical setup, and onsite preparation.
this is a strong opportunity for Toyota to go beyond a normal vehicle display and introduce visitors to the technology behind its future mobility vision. By showcasing products, Toyota was able to educate visitors, generate curiosity, and position the brand as an innovative mobility leader that offers different energy solutions for different needs
INSIGHT
Execution and Result:
Visitors showed strong curiosity toward Toyota’s new mobility technologies, especially products and energy solutions they had limited exposure to before. The longer engagement time, active product exploration, and questions from both general visitors and VIP guests indicated that audiences are interested in learning about future mobility when complex technologies are presented in a simple, visual, and interactive way. This shows that technology education can become a strong engagement tool for Toyota beyond traditional vehicle showcasing.
Foot traffic surged day over day, ultimately drawing 36,143 visitors across the three-day exhibition:
