Feminine wash Lactacyd used in be in Cambodia market but then was no longer available. Now we need to re-launch it to the market and to establish Lactacyd as the leading brand for safe and effective intimate hygiene care to use daily, we need to
1/ convince the audience of the the importance of using feminine wash as part of healthy personal hygiene and
2/ present a convincing rationale as to what makes Lactacyd a superior and obvious choice for this.
With more understanding on the benefits of feminine wash, we have the opportunity to also growth in the market. Besides, the brand is claimed to be gentle, 100% natural and organic formulation.

Execution & Result
Re-launch Lactacyd and re-introduce the brand to health care professional and distributor through an interesting and engaging event.
Successfully launch Lactacyd to distributors and partners. During the event, Zuellig Pharma also offered some special offers/prices to partners to kick-start as the selling scheme as well.
The event was organized into 2 parts – morning for health care professional and evening + dinner for partners/distributors.
